  • A fabulous facility, set in the most beautiful surroundings. The gardens are stunning and full of wildflowers. The staff are so kind and helpful. Such a peaceful place to say goodbye to a loved one.

  • We knew this was the right place for our husband/father as soon as we drove in. The building is light and airy with the capacity for a large attendance. The staff are thoughtful, calm and compassionate (we dealt with Pete, Laura and Carole). The service was perfect and exactly to our wishes. In addition, the gardens are outstanding and welcoming. Beautifully kept in an understated, no fuss way, with clever planting that compliments the modern building and surrounding countryside. We have been encouraged by the staff to visit the grounds when we wish and find them peaceful and uplifting.

  • Such a beautiful setting. My mum's funeral was peaceful and relaxed what she would of wanted. We didn't feel rushed and felt supported by all the staff. Beautiful touches like having the photo on the screen and opportunity to order the webcast. Thank you for looking after my Mum.

  • I visited the Birches for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. What a fantastic facility, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. It's located 35 minutes north from Stoke on Trent through Holmes Chapel, turn left after Spinney Motorhome dealership. It's worth the trip. Amazing.

  • We chose Birches Remembrance Park and Crem out of a choice of 3 having visited the site and been shown around by one of the members of the team. What a beautiful surrounding, passionate and considerate team and light and airy building. The passing of my brother was very sudden but all of the service was expertly and sensitively handled by Birches, they were supportive and guided us through the process and handled the Covid restrictions in an appropriate way. If you are unfortunate enough to need their services then I couldnt recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your support to myself and my family / friends.

  • We would like to say thank you to all the staff at Birches, from beginning to end they provided a very caring and professional service. It is a lovely new crematorium in beautiful tranquil surroundings. The large light interior made it easy to maintain social distancing and the modern technology enabled us to have a montage of photographs running throughout the service . Most importantly it also allowed the service to be digitally broadcasted to many family and friends who were unable to attend . At no point did we feel rushed that at other crematorium services we have felt . We would throughly recommend Birches .

  • Recently we (Larvin and Clegg Funeral Care) worked alongside the staff at Birches to deliver the funeral service on behalf of a family in Congleton. The funeral service was large, complex and required everyone to work above and beyond normal expectations. The entire team at Birches worked tirelessly and without any objections despite our numerous and sometimes demanding requests. They helped us give a young lady an absolutely wonderful perfect send off, which we shall never forget. Birches is a beautiful crematorium set in equally beautiful grounds and the staff are a wonderful team to work alongside.

  • Birches Remembrance is set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. Our first impressions were of a modern, immaculately presented building, and gardens that bought crematoriums into the 21st century. Inside the rooms were intimate with all modern technology on hand if required. It was a 5* experience compared to the normal 2* standard that we are all accustomed to when visiting other local crematoria. There was a more relaxed time constraint of an hour for your service, and tea and coffee was offered after. I would thoroughly recommend this venue. Thank you so much for making our experience as pleasant as you possibly could.

  • My family & I would like to thank the Birches team for their professional services shown on 22nd March 2022. Your care to detail and dignity shown was over and above what we could have ever expected. To enable us to invite our friends & family an hour before Mum joined us at 2pm was perfect and we all met and enjoyed coffee/tea out in the brilliant sunshine before following the service of our precious mum, Judy Phillips. We highly recommend Birches along with Jason from Larvin & Clegg & Kate Moran for a full carefully planned day and allowing the family to step back and allow you all to take over and give us quality time to grieve quietly together xxxx
